RIDSTAR EU focuses on electric bikes available from European warehouse stock. This helps customers avoid long overseas waiting times and keeps delivery clearer before checkout.

Most in-stock bikes are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary by country, courier capacity, holidays and product availability.

When the order is dispatched, customers receive tracking details where available. Large e-bikes may be delivered by parcel or freight courier depending on destination and model.

Please inspect the package before assembly. If the box or bike is damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and contact support as soon as possible.
