Returns and refunds

Practical return information for EU customers. Review final legal wording before publishing.

Contact us before returning

Before sending any product back, contact RIDSTAR EU support with your order number, bike model, reason for return and photos where relevant. Returns must be approved before shipment.

Return condition

Returned items should be complete, safely packed and in a condition suitable for inspection. E-bikes must not be returned without protective packaging because transport damage can affect refund eligibility.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and customer bank.

Warranty cases

If the issue is covered by warranty, support may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts or another suitable resolution before a return is required.
