FAQ

Answers adapted from the current RIDSTAR EU WooCommerce store for payments, EU delivery, warranty and bike ownership.

How can you be trusted?

RIDSTAR EU has one of the longest track records among RIDSTAR partners in Europe and has sold hundreds of electric bikes. We focus on the European market, do not hide our identity, and offer secure payment methods with practical after-sale support.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments, PayPal and other secure payment options available at checkout. Availability can vary by country and by the active payment provider.

Do you ship to my country?

We sell and ship to European Union countries. Delivery to islands and remote territories may be excluded or require confirmation before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock EU warehouse items are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Some spare parts or special-order items can take longer and this is stated on the product page when relevant.

Which parts are covered and for how long?

Main electric bike components are covered by manufacturer warranty. Typical coverage: battery and motor up to 12 months, controller/display/charger and electrical accessories up to 6 months, frame up to 24 months for natural cracking or welding defects. Human damage, unauthorized modifications, water ingress, wear parts, gifts and packaging accessories are not covered.

Are the bikes waterproof?

Most e-bikes have water resistance suitable for normal use, but they should not be exposed to pressure washing, deep water, prolonged heavy rain or immersion. Dry the bike after wet rides and store the battery safely.

How difficult is assembly?

Most bikes arrive mostly assembled. Final assembly usually takes around 15-25 minutes and normally includes fitting the handlebar, front wheel, pedals and checking brakes/gears before the first ride.

How should I care for the battery?

Charging time depends on capacity, often under 6 hours. For longer battery life, avoid long storage at 0% or 100%, keep charge around 30-80% when possible, do not leave charging unattended, and avoid storing the battery plugged into the charger.

What does motor power mean?

Some product names use peak or maximum motor power. Nominal power can differ and depends on voltage, controller current and local regulations. Always check the product description and local riding rules before use.
